PHIL SMITH CORPORATE MISSION VISION/STATEMENT
After practicing law for almost 20 years, I have decided to create my dream - a law firm that provides quality legal services to medium and small size businesses with an emphasis on the tax aspects of business transactions. My vision is based on my personal and business experiences in the legal marketplace, and the particular niche that I have developed over the many years of practicing tax and business law.
