Peter Maurice Lively

Hello, I just wanted to weigh in and let everyone know that through circumstances I have filed for BR twice. Once Chapter 7, and the second time Chapter 13 in order to save my property during the recent real estate fiasco. Both times I used Peter Lively and his amazing staff. They are attentive..., well informed, helpful, and never make you feel inadequate because you don't know the rules of BR. That is their job and they do it well. I would highly recommend his office (and in fact have, on several occasions) for anyone going through the difficult task and choice of filing for bankruptcy protection.
