When I was arrested for getting a DUI, I didn't know what to do. I had never been arrested before and felt terrified and angry and there was so much paperwork and red tape and procedure that I still think it is impossible for a civilian to navigate. Zack helped me to be calm and tackle one thing at a... time, was completely knowledgable about what needed to be done and by when and made himself available any time of the day to my questions and concerns.
