New business

I am a young entrepreneur and was working recently with another company that had given me a sales contract to sign. Zach was absolutely amazing at going through it with me line by line, making any amendments to the contract that were necessary and actually helped me to understand the contract. He com...pletely had my back and made me understand a legal document that was like a foreign language to me before I came to him! Not only that, he encouraged me to not go into business with this company at this time and to start my own company. I did just that and my new company and my net worth has grown exponentially!! I had such a wonderful experience with him that I wanted Zach to be my lawyer for all my legal work but because he has such an amazing integrity he actually recommended me to work with a local lawyer that I could sit with and comprehend the law with like I did with him now that I live in New York state. Not only is a great lawyer, he is just one of the kindest, most authentic and compassionate people I know.
