Ms. Grady founded the law firm of The Grady Firm, P.C. in 2012 with a passion for helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and their families achieve the American Dream of freedom, opportunity, self-sufficiency, and success. As an international business attorney, she teaches entrepreneurs around the world how to open a business in the United States, and has lectured extensively throughout California, Canada, Chile, Argentina, and the United States on business, immigration, and employment law topics in both English and in Spanish.

Ms. Grady earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Relations from the University of California, San Diego.  Prior to law school, she earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the #1 ranked Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and spent a year studying abroad at the Complutense University of Madrid.   She is fluent in Spanish.

The Grady Firm, Jennifer Grady and her staff are very professional and helpful. I am residing in Germany and we have conference calls to address necessary issues concerning my Immigration. I could not ask for a better lawyer / firm to take care of my needs and concerns. Jennifer's and Anthony's knowledge on Immigration is limitless - I am in the best hands possible. Great service and work
This firm has a great customer service, very knowledgeable staff (which I worked with Jennifer) and fast in getting back to you. I was working with another lawyer for my company everyday legal matters but they weren't so quick to get back to me so I had to switch to The Grady Firm which they did really help me with all my hiring processing in an organize way and timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Practical info on employment law
Well, like the title says I needed information that only a person with experience could provide. Last year I met attorney Jennifer Grady. My situation at hand required me to be prepared to face a variety of potential scenarios after hiring employees. While consulting her, she provided an answer to all of my questions each followed by at least one example of an actual event similar or same as to my question content. This is where a client gets to have an idea of what a pitfall not covered by a lesser experienced attorney could cost him in time and money. The instructions given to me for a variety of tasks were easy to grasp and therefore easy to follow. I will not hesitate to recommend her services to a potential client because when you seek the advise of an attorney, chances are you can't afford to experiment. Leon

I'll keep it short, Jennifer knows the in's and out's of employment law and has helped me structure my business to minimize liability.
