Professional, Reliable, and Always There for Me

After years of dedicated service, I faced false accusations and was failed by both my district and union. My union rep gave poor advice and disappeared, but Deborah stepped in, listened, and provided immediate clarity. Hiring her was the best decision I made. She guided me through a long, stressful t...wo-year process with professionalism, honesty, and unwavering support. She was always available, and got back to me as soon as possible. She also helped me navigate the credential process with the CTC. In the end, she helped me settle fairly and leave on my own terms with my now former district. I highly recommend Deborah to anyone needing strong, reliable representation.

above and beyond

I meet Ms. Eshahgian under unique circumstances 6 years ago. I was being investigated by the Department of Children and Social Services. They were threatening and intimidation to take my child away from me it was unbearable. I never felt so helpless and detached from having control of my life until M...s. Eshahgian step in and went above and beyond the call of an attorney. She would come to my home every other week doing the Department of Children and Social Services home visit. Having representation and support gave me not only dignity and control. Ms EshahgianI made the atmosphere pleasant though her presence and demeanor set a tone for objective and fairness that the Social Workers will follow or feel the wrath of her elegant through cross examining question. The case would eventually be dropped and my parenting skills no longer in question. Just recently the Commission on Teaching Credential wanted to take away my Teaching Permit from me until Ms. Eshahgian signed on to represent me and then my case was dropped. Now the Department of Social Service Caregivers Background check Bureau is investigating my character, after all I've been through in the past six years. Im sure Ms. Eshaghian will find away so the truth will prevail.

VERY SATISFIED CLIENT!

Ms. Eshaghian came highly recommended by a friend who was a client. She quickly earned my trust by her confidence and knowledge. Amazing Attorney that provides her clients with the empowerment and knowledge they need in the education field.

Deborah help me find a light at the end of a dark tunnel, she was able to provide me with a firm foundation and information to help me through a difficult time in my career. As a teacher for over 15 years there is no one I know of who knows the ins and out of education law and teacher representation.... Teachers we have rights! Students we have rights! do not allow for any district to bully you around and rest assure that Deborah Eshaghian is a solid lawyer that will provide you with a pathway to success as she has extensive knowledge on the process of helping teachers that are wrongly accused or harassed at the workplace and Deborah will represent you with honor and integrity as she was amazing in action.
