Deborah Eshaghian

I wanted to first thank God for guiding both Deborah and me through this process. I also like to thank Deborah for guiding and working with me for two years while in a system that harassed me. I’d like to say how impressed I was when the settlement judge assigned to my case said, ‘I should thank my a...ttorney for the fine work that she is doing ‘ and the opposing counsel agreed by saying ‘ yes Deborah really cares about her clients.’ That was validation for me because hiring Deborah to represent me was the best decision I made because I got more than what I imagined. If you are seeking an attorney who advocates and cares about her clients than Deborah should be your choice too.

After 14 years of trying to be a good teacher, in May of 2016, I was falsely accused of misconduct and stealing. I was complaining about the mismanagement and incompetence of my principal. The district allowed her to devise lies and accusations against me. My union rep said she would not refer me ...to a union lawyer for help at this level. I called Deborah and she helped me every step of the way. She help me prepare my statement to the district. I was not aware of things one can say innocently that can be used against you. Deborah guided me on what to say and how to say it. I was totally ignorant. Now I understand what it means when they say What you say can be turned around and used against you. She was with me by conference call, ( I live over 100 miles away) when I gave my statement to the district. She was efficient and competent. She even redirected the district lawyer, when she felt they were trying to trip me up! Deborah gave me assurance and confidence when I needed it. She was great! I hope I won't ever have to go through this again, but if I do, I will call Deborah.

Ms. Eshaghian is not only a wonderful, elegant, and overall spectacular person, she is a superb attorney that will go the extra mile for her clients. Deborah took me in at a time when I didn't know who to turn to and simply ask questions.
