David Lavi is the co-founder of E&L, LLP, a firm located in Beverly Hills. As a trial attorney, his practice is devoted to Employment Law and Family Law.
Through his Employment Law practice, Mr. Lavi represents employees who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated, or harassed, and who have claims of unpaid wages in violation of the Labor Code. His clients are mostly employees who have been taken advantage of, conferring unjust benefits, to their employer.
Mr. Lavi is also recognized to vigorously represent clients in Family Law litigation. He represents spouses in litigation consisting of division of property, spousal support and child sustody matters. Mr. Lavi too represents clients in post-divorce actions in modifying and enforcing judgments, and aids clients in preparing, and if necessary, litigating their prenuptial agreements. In his Family Law context, Mr. Lavi’s clients range from athletes, musicians, doctors, government employees, entrepreneurs and business owners, blue collar workers, and homemakers. He is gender-neutral and believes litigants should be represented in all stages of litigation.
