Dan is an extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and most importantly an honest attorney. Dan did some work for me and my family. His experience and knowledge of the law showed in the first 5 minutes of talking with him. What we liked and respected was that he was available 7 days a week and that he always got back to us or someone in his office did within 24 hours. My family is very p...rivate and can be difficult at times but Dan not only answered all of their questions, he would explain over and over again until we understood and felt comfortable with the work we needed. My only regret is that we didn't meet and hire him sooner. I highly recommend him to any one having a legal issue. He not only works super hard, is beyond knowledgeable, but he cares. Daniel DeSario seemed very helpful as well as professional in the beginning. I initially hired Dan to handle my child custody as well as my divorce case. Every month, he was paid. However, after 3 years of paying him, I have gotten nowhere. He states that he is going to make calls but never does ...so. He over charges for his services but does not deliver. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!
