When I discovered that my former employer had fabricated complete lies about my conduct at work and attempted to slander my name and also succeeded in getting my rightful unemployment denied to me I was at a complete loss of what to do. I called a number of lawyers who were all dismissive and/or tol...d me I didn't have a case. When I finally opened it (after a glass of water and my hands stopped shaking) I couldn't believe what I was reading! The judgment was reversed! I had actually won! I can't tell you the shock that I felt! My chin was on the floor! This nightmare was finally over and we had won!!!! I must say, if you are reading this becuse you or someoneyou know needs an EDD attorney for any reason do yourself a BIG and call this firm! The price was cheaper than I thought it would be, and Assaf is someone you want/need to fight for you! Take it from a guy who had an uphill fight like you wouldn't believe! I had a losing situation that was over 13 years old and somehow Assaf with his knowledge of the system managed to get me a verdict I didn't think was possible! Please call him! It Will be the best decision you make!

Assaf called me immediately after I reached out to his office for help. After listening to my entire story he explained every step of the process. Once hired, he was available every time I called or emailed and he took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. He scheduled meetings to di...scuss my case and he followed through on everything he promised. He was present at my hearing and presented my side with precision and tact. All the while providing a cordial working relationship and a realistic evaluation of my standing. He also called to let me know when we won. Assaf is an amazing lawyer. He helped me every step of the way through my case. He constantly contacted me with any changes. He counseled me through all my decisions. I truly enjoyed working with him. He is very trustworthy and upfront about everything. He also won! He got me everything I deserved in... my case and was very stern with the opposing counsel. If you have an issue, this is the man to have on your side. I would drfintely go to him again, heaven forbid anything should happen again.
