Jonathan Pakravan

I hired Mr Pakravan to advise me and review/sign my divorce agreement. My divorce is amicable and I made it clear I did not wish to escalate the situation. He told me several times he would sign if I was happy with my negotiated settlement. Note, I negotiated with my husband and not Mr Pakravan. I to...ld Me Pakravan I was happy with the settlement and wanted it signed. He refused to sign stating I was signing under duress which is completely inaccurate. He also stated previously if he did not agree with my settlement he would have us sign a disclosure that he does not agree as my attorney. I told him this was fine with me. In the end he refused to sign that as well. Also, I never received any billing from him during the months after I hired him as per our attorney agreement. He only provided a bill after I made it clear I did not want to escalate my divorce further. The bill was for more than my deposit. He also emailed me stating he would charge me for the time he took to discuss our bill. I also requested arbitration in writing on more than one occasion which he never responded to. Arbitration is also in our attorney agreement. I am now pursuing other avenues to have my side heard.
