Biography
Jonathan Franklin brings decades of courtroom firepower and a deep commitment to his community. He has successfully defended thousands of DUI and criminal cases, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
A University of Colorado Boulder graduate with a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, he began his career as a Special Assistant Public Defender before prosecuting a wide range of criminal cases as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange County.
After moving to Southern California, he gained valuable in-house experience before launching his own criminal defense firm where he now represents clients facing DUI, white-collar, drug, domestic violence, and other high-stakes criminal charges.
