If you need an advocate to stick up for you when you have problems with the DMV, James is the guy you need to talk to. This guy is actually in the business of helping people. I was facing a negligent operator suspension and James reassured me that my situation was not unique and that he had the abili...ty to get me my driving privileges back. All of the other lawyers that I consulted with had almost no confidence that we could get my driving privileges back and told me that DMV probation could be possible but unlikely. In addition, other attorneys requested 2-3x the amount James wanted to charge me for their services. I won't disclose exactly how we were able to do it, however James got the Negligent Operator suspension SET ASIDE completely. All I can say is good things about James. He is quick with a response to any questions/follow up, affordable, genuinely cares about his clients, and gets the job done. I’m writing this review based off of the experience I’ve had so far with James, once everything else is cleared I’ll update my review! So let’s go back to 8/2017 i received a stop sign ticket first ticket in my whole life, i put it aside and shortly after that i had some health issues i needed to dea...l with, i totally forgot about the ticket because i had bigger issues to deal with. Fast forward to this week, i remembered i had this ticket and hurried and went onto the court website only to find the ticket was in collections now and it said FTA i quickly realize my license is suspended, i came across James law office website and started reading about the services he offers. I called he advised me he would be able to get it taken care of by the end of this week(mind you no other attorney was willing to help me) they all told me i would need to wait 3-4 weeks before anything could be done! But that’s not true James went down yesterday to Compton court got the ticket out of collections and the FTA off my record so the DMV lifted the hold! He now has a court date to fight the ticket! I would recommend James to anyone who is dealing with this headache to use his services! He is the only one that was willing and did come through for me and get at least the hold on my license lifted and the ticket out of collections!!! The price was totally worth it! I will be updating my review after the court date to update what other magic James was able to work with the judge regarding the price of the ticket!!! Thank you again James!!!

I hired James to help my sister, who had her license suspended over a year ago for failure to appear on a fix-it ticket. He listened to me, showed compassion for my sister's situation, gave me a reasonable flat-fee quote, then went ahead and did exactly what he said he would. End result: charge dismi...ssed and license re-instated. I'd recommend James to anyone with a traffic-related issue.

James is AMAZING! I had two very old traffic tickets and due to personal reasons 3 failure to appears between them both. That basically means I didn't show to court when I was supposed to, thus my license was suspended and I had a warrant out for my arrest. Now instead of taking care of it when life ...settled I ignored it because I was scared, didn't know what would happen if I did. I left a message on a Friday night at 5:30pm, an hour later James called me back! He was super personable, understanding and totally reassuring he could help asap. I gave him my info and first thing Monday morning he had all the info he needed to take care of things. And when I say take care of things I mean takes care of everything! I'm a mom to a lil one with a serious medical condition and the fact he went to court for me so I wouldn't have to just took a huge worry of my shoulders. To boot it took him a day, 1 DAY to get my license reinstated! And his rates, his rates are beyond reasonable! He charges a flat fee per ticket so there's no nickle & diming for a phone call here, an appearance there. It's super apparent he's there to help you not take you for all your money. I can't thank James enough for all he's done, he is hands down THE BEST TRAFFIC LAWYER IN LA and the only one you should call when ya have a prob.
