If you need an advocate to stick up for you when you have problems with the DMV, James is the guy you need to talk to. This guy is actually in the business of helping people. I was facing a negligent operator suspension and James reassured me that my situation was not unique and that he had the abili...ty to get me my driving privileges back. All of the other lawyers that I consulted with had almost no confidence that we could get my driving privileges back and told me that DMV probation could be possible but unlikely. In addition, other attorneys requested 2-3x the amount James wanted to charge me for their services. I won't disclose exactly how we were able to do it, however James got the Negligent Operator suspension SET ASIDE completely. All I can say is good things about James.
