Rymer v. PRA Receivables Management, LLC
This case settled for a waiver of 100% of the alleged deficiency balances (approximately $800,000), and an agreement by the defendant to never seek collection on the deficiency balances or report any of the affected accounts to credit reporting agencies.
Rodriguez v. Pan American Bank
