Rod Armande is a 2009 graduate of the University of Georgia (B.A. in World History) and a 2016 graduate of Western State College of Law (J.D.). Since 2015, Rod Armande has helped hundreds of undocumented immigrants obtain legal status and has successfully prevented the deportation of hundreds of immigrants. Rod Armande has expanded his practice to bring his negotiation, advocacy and trial skills to the area of personal injury.
Rod Armande is the son of immigrants, a first generation U.S. citizen, first person from his immediate family that graduated from high school, university, and law school, and the first attorney. He understands and appreciates the unique struggles of the immigrant community, and the advantages that legal status can bring to a person’s life. He understands that by making informed decisions and working hard anyone can achieve their own version of the American Dream.
Rod Armande has experienced first hand the negative consequences of family separation and the positive impact of keeping family members together. He has family members who have waited for more than 10 years to receive legal status in the United States.
The broken immigration system and policies in part caused his family to be separated for several years when he was a child. He strives to do everything within his power to help other immigrant families stay together and not have to suffer the grave consequences of being separated from a loved one.
Rod Armande has personally experienced the negative consequences of dealing with insurance companies without the assistance of an attorney. He strives to bridge the gap of injustice by providing exceptional legal service and representation to injured clients.
Rod Armande is passionate about representing injured clients against insurance companies and providing his clients the best possible results whether it involves an automobile accident, rideshare accident, bus or truck accident, pedestrian accident, slip and fall injury, catastrophic injury or wrongful death.

Avoid Rod Armande Like the DMV on a Friday Afternoon
If you're considering hiring Rod Armande through Marble Law for your green card process, let me save you $4,000 and a massive headache: don’t. We paid Marble Law the full amount upfront. $4,000. In return, we got ghosted like a bad Tinder date. After sending in our completed questionnaires, we did...
Hi Nathan, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m disappointed to hear that your experience didn’t align with your expectations, particularly given the attention and effort dedicated to your case from the start. To clarify the timeline: you signed up on 3/11 and we had our onboarding call on 3/13. That same day, we sent over the necessary questionnaires and a detailed list of supporting documents required for your case. Once we received your completed questionnaires, we provided a full set of immigration forms on 3/27—well within our standard processing timeline. These forms included everything needed for a complete adjustment of status package, totaling five to six forms and over 60 pages of personalized, detailed content. From the outset, I explained that our standard response time for client communication is 24 to 72 business hours and asked that duplicative messages stating the same concern not be sent within that time frame. Despite this, multiple messages began coming through various channels without allowing sufficient time for a response. On 3/27, I advised streamlining communication—not to be dismissive, but to manage your case efficiently and minimize the risk of oversight or confusion. On 3/30, you raised concerns about the initial drafts. We were already in the process of revising them—this is a normal and necessary part of our process to ensure all forms are accurate and complete before filing. Our aim has always been to provide quality work and deliver it in a timely, structured manner. At no point prior to your refund request did you express any sustained frustration with the process. Instead, you abruptly requested that the agreement be canceled and a refund issued, which was unexpected considering how far along your case had progressed. Regarding fees, please note that Marble processed the refund. My office only retained approximately $500 to cover the work completed—this included drafting your full adjustment of status application and providing detailed instructions on gathering all necessary supporting documents. I take pride in the work I do and the level of service I strive to provide. While I regret that we weren’t able to complete the process with you, I sincerely wish you success moving forward.
