Trustworthy and Knowledgeable Immigration Attorney

Before we came to Rod Armande Law, we were looking for help with my wife's adjustment of status—from a student visa to becoming a U.S. permanent resident. The process seemed daunting, and we wanted to be sure we had the right support. We met with several firms, but our meeting with Rod stood out. He... took the time to clearly explain each step of the process and made us feel confident moving forward. He was always responsive and available to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. Rod guided us through the entire process—helping us prepare and submit all the necessary documents accurately and efficiently. He also supported us during the interview stage, which made a huge difference in keeping us on track and feeling prepared. Thanks to Rod’s help, my wife was granted her green card, and we couldn’t be more grateful. This outcome has opened a new chapter for us—my wife is thrilled and excited to start building her life in the U.S. We highly recommend Rod Armande Law to anyone looking for knowledgeable, supportive, and effective immigration legal services.

Avoid Rod Armande Like the DMV on a Friday Afternoon

If you're considering hiring Rod Armande through Marble Law for your green card process, let me save you $4,000 and a massive headache: don’t. We paid Marble Law the full amount upfront. $4,000. In return, we got ghosted like a bad Tinder date. After sending in our completed questionnaires, we did...n’t hear a peep for over a week and a half. Finally, we nudged both Marble and Rod to check in. What did we get? A passive-aggressive, borderline disrespectful text from Rod himself—telling us not to contact him directly anymore. Classy. He said to only speak to his assistant, who allegedly would respond within three days. Spoiler alert: she didn’t. We told Marble Law that this case meant everything to us, and if our assigned lawyer was going to act like a sulky teenager, we’d rather go elsewhere. And then, it got… hilarious. Marble asked us, “Well, what has Rod done so far?” We explained: we sent him our info, got nothing back but attitude. So Rod, realizing he’d been caught slacking, suddenly sprang into action. Same day, he rushed out three immigration forms—riddled with errors—and claimed the case was “complete” and ready to file. It was so bad, even his own assistant called it a “first draft.” We immediately flagged this circus act to Marble and demanded proof that anything had actually been filed. Rod couldn’t provide any—because (surprise!) he hadn’t asked us for a single ID, supporting document, or even a passport photo since we hired him. Eventually, Marble downgraded his progress status to “Partially Complete” (generous, honestly), and we told them: we’re happy to pay for Marble’s involvement, but Rod’s office doesn’t deserve a cent. Despite all this, somehow Rod’s side still kept $2,200. For what? A rude text, ghosting, and three error-filled forms? Learn from our mistake. Immigration is too important to hand off to someone who treats it like a group project they forgot was due tomorrow. Spend your money—and your trust—somewhere else.

Hi Nathan, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m disappointed to hear that your experience didn’t align with your expectations, particularly given the attention and effort dedicated to your case from the start. To clarify the timeline: you signed up on 3/11 and we had our onboarding call on 3/13. That same day, we sent over the necessary questionnaires and a detailed list of supporting documents required for your case. Once we received your completed questionnaires, we provided a full set of immigration forms on 3/27—well within our standard processing timeline. These forms included everything needed for a complete adjustment of status package, totaling five to six forms and over 60 pages of personalized, detailed content. From the outset, I explained that our standard response time for client communication is 24 to 72 business hours and asked that duplicative messages stating the same concern not be sent within that time frame. Despite this, multiple messages began coming through various channels without allowing sufficient time for a response. On 3/27, I advised streamlining communication—not to be dismissive, but to manage your case efficiently and minimize the risk of oversight or confusion. On 3/30, you raised concerns about the initial drafts. We were already in the process of revising them—this is a normal and necessary part of our process to ensure all forms are accurate and complete before filing. Our aim has always been to provide quality work and deliver it in a timely, structured manner. At no point prior to your refund request did you express any sustained frustration with the process. Instead, you abruptly requested that the agreement be canceled and a refund issued, which was unexpected considering how far along your case had progressed. Regarding fees, please note that Marble processed the refund. My office only retained approximately $500 to cover the work completed—this included drafting your full adjustment of status application and providing detailed instructions on gathering all necessary supporting documents. I take pride in the work I do and the level of service I strive to provide. While I regret that we weren’t able to complete the process with you, I sincerely wish you success moving forward.
