I was a Client Of this Law Firm. I was in an accident, and I was traveling down Interstate 90 during the end of January, 2013. We had just had major snow storm that had dumped a lot of snow on the highway, and we were at a standstill on the Interstate because of Multiple Motor Vehicle Accidents. W...e were hit at 40 mph by a fully loaded 18-wheeler. My Wife and I took the brunt of the impact. Afterwards we had to continue with our Medical Treatment. When we got back home to California we had called that big name attorney in Los Angeles, who upon hearing what happened. Immediately "signed us up" with their firm. What a mistake that was. We were treated like we were irrelevant. We felt Neglected and that they were not taking care of us. So we had them back off our case. We then then tried the direct approach and called the claims adjuster for the insurance company of the vehicle vehicle who hit us, and got the run around. Funny thing was the next day We had discussed hiring another Attorney who was actually going to work for us. We had just gotten a phone book for our High Desert town and on the back of it was a Lawyer, so I called them and they accepted our case, and got on it like a man on a mission. I was impressed with their Paralegal Allen V. These guys got us a chiropractor Dr. Lito in Barstow right in the Downtown area. We went to his office and discussed the Injuries with him and came up with a treatment plan, and he did something that was unusual in the medical practices in today s medical practice. He actually gave us his business hours and told us we don't need appointments, and that whenever we are in bad pain to come in during those hours anytime, and he would take us right in. His treatments and skill helped ease a lot of the pain from our injuries. Two thumbs up to Dr Lito. When we finally came to the settlement negotiations This Law firm was aggressive with the Insurance Company and took no prisoners. We are Pleased with AA Accident Attorneys and their staff, and I would tell anyone who has an injury to call them first. They will focus on you and your needs.
