I met with Pankaj this week after much deliberation, as I don't have a ton of money to spend on lawyers at the moment and was really weighing my options with various lawyers in the area. I'm confident that I made the right decision. First off, being someone in the process of starting up a tech-ent...ertainment based company, I was impressed by the high quality of the team's website. Contacting them through the site was a breeze, it even walks you through steps to make sure you're giving the right information to them to properly start the process. From what I saw there and gleaned from the info, his firm seemed well suited to deal with matters in the startup and tech realm. If you haven't been to the site yet, check it out. Pankaj replied quickly to my initial inquiry, and was quick to reply to multiple emails multiple times before I even came in for the consultation. Someone from the office even called me and talked to me on the phone, giving me information and answering some basic questions about their services. I can be a pain when it comes to getting all the details, and they really accommodated my potentially annoying approach, haha. The consultation with Pankaj was great. He seemed genuine and personable, and we were able to talk clearly and directly in a relaxed manner. I had a lot of questions for him and we were able to get through them all in the consultation, in addition to me explaining my situation and him giving me overall advice for moving forward. His info was understandable and concise -- direct enough that I knew what I needed to do the moment I left. He definitely seems like he has his clients' interests in mind, and has the knowledge to do things properly. I'll be following up on this review once I register my business through his team in January, but I don't expect it to be anything other than a 5 star experience. If you're in a spot where you're unsure how you want to move forward legally, even if you plan a DIY approach (as I usually do for things), you'll be putting yourself in a better position by at least setting up a consultation with Pankaj. I'm glad I did.
