Mark Joseph Valencia is a litigator, and welcomes resolution by jury trial. In December 2009, the California Court of Appeals, 4th District, Division 3, (Orange County) agreed with Mr. Valencia and overruled a jury verdict and ordered retrial. This was yet another reversal in the Appellate Courts for Mr. Mark Joseph Valencia. In addition, in 2013, Mr. Valencia attained yet another victory in the California Court of Appeals, and further secured review by the California Supreme Court. In relation to trial experience, Mr. Valencia and Plaintiff proved sexual harassment against Playboy Entertainment Group, which was represented by international law firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius. A jury unanimously found sexual harassment against Playboy.
