I’m writing this honest review for Eric, as he helped me with my case for almost the last year. Ever since day one of meeting him his been very Professional and very transparent. I had a serious felony case out of Orange County ( one of the harshest counties to get into any legal issue) and unfor...tunately I’ve had priors as well but yet he fought very hard to get me The best deal possible. Eric managed to get me more than a “ good deal” he got me unheard of plea deal that the DA was very opposed to yet he pulled it through. Besides being very experienced legally, he shows up on time to every single court date which is something a lot of attorneys lack based on my personal experience, and he communicates with you and always answers calls and texts which is a huge plus. Over all I give him a 10/10 rating.

To start, if you’re reading this review you most likely are in some sort of legal trouble. I strongly urge you to get a lawyer as soon as possible. The criminal legal system is not designed to be easily navigated. There are so many levels and rules that a normal person just has no shot of navigating ...alone. I graduated from USC and can usually pick up on things relatively quickly, but it would have been close to impossible to fight my charges on my own. To put it in perspective, my case took two and a half years and consisted of 11 appearances that all had different arguments and strategies associated with them. There is a ton of opportunity to make mistakes so I strongly recommend you lawyer up because I promise, innocent or not, the system is not as fair as we would hope. For me, when selecting attorneys, I skimmed through about 40-50 and ranked them based on experience and what law schools they went to. Eric went to UCLA Law which is a top 5 law school in criminal defense. Insanely hard to get into, and it produces some of the best lawyers in the country. Some of the other lawyers I called went to Harvard, USC, and Yale but I ultimately decided to go with Eric because I could tell how invested in helping me he was out of the gate, by the questions he was asking, the suggestions he was making, and the overall meticulousness of the conversation. I was facing 7 years in state prison. It didn’t feel right or fair or even real, to be frank. But it is the reality of the current system and it was very real. Eric couldn’t have been a better guide through it all. I almost want to look up how many hours we talked on the phone over the 2.5 years of the case because we had constant phone calls that lasted for sometimes 2-3 hours. He put his all into ensuring I knew what was happening, and I understood how and why we were approaching the case. Since the deals we were offered we not great we decided moving to trial was the best move. I could write an essay about the trial experience but to keep it short, 4 witnesses showed up to testify against me, and the DA was extremely impressive in his own right. But Eric maintained control of the room and the narrative for the duration of the trial. Regardless of how well he did, it didn’t take the edge off when the decision was eventually submitted by the jury. All two and a half years, two felony charges, and a seven-year prison sentence all culminated to a single moment and I personally don’t have the vocabulary to truly describe the sense of monumental relief that was felt when the non-guilty verdict was announced for both felony charges. Genuinely a euphoric moment and I couldn’t have chosen a better lawyer to share it with. I couldn’t recommend anyone more than I recommend Eric if you are facing any serious criminal charges.

Eric saved my life and my future. I knew from the moment we spoke on the phone that he knew what he was doing and he would fight for me.
