Maryann P. Gallagher is a seasoned trial attorney with over 25 years of experience in Employment Litigation. She has tried more than 40 cases to verdict, earning significant victories in employment law and other areas, including products liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Ms. Gallagher has also argued her own appeals, with several published cases that have shaped legal standards in sexual abuse and HIV transmission law. Her work in Bihun v. AT&T (1993) set important precedent for punitive damages and evidence spoliation in sexual harassment cases.
Ms. Gallagher’s career is defined by her commitment to justice for victims of workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She has achieved landmark results, including a $67 million verdict in C.R. v. Tenet Healthcare Corp. (2009) for a sexual assault victim.
