This review is long overdue so please don't mind the dates. My husband was arrested on 11/30/18 for a warrant(failure to appear on a ticket) well while he was in custody he was questioned about a 211 w/ a taco truck (strong arm robbery) that happened two weeks prior after explaining to the officers h...e had no idea what happened they add charged him and put a block on his bail , at this moment I knew he needed a lawyer and a good one cause this was pure injustice. I stayed up all night in tears searching the web for lawyers and came across reviews for Edward with The Rodriguez Law Group so the next morning I made an appt to see him ( I was very hesitant due to the fact me and my husband are African American and the victims as well as the law firm are Hispanic. My husband life was in his hands if convicted he was looking at 20 years plus) needless to say during the short time I spoke with him I felt very at peace to say the least because his work speaks for itself plus his own personal experience w/ injustice. We came up with a game plan and within 32 days of Edward taking my husbands case he executed it to the T and beyond he got it DISMISSED WITH THE PROFF OF INNOCENCES paper sign sealed and delivered by the judge. Thru out the whole process Edward treated my family like his own answered calls, texts ,and emails day and night from me, my husband, my mother in law, and my husbands best friend without an excuse or attitude about the time of day or reasoning. Over the time we spent it became a relationship that developed between him and our family. I remember the first time he went to see my husband in jail he told him when I walk you thru these doors we are going to denny's and i'm buying you a grand slam, well least then a month later he got my husband out of jail and treated us to dinner. (to a blind eye you would of thought my husbands case was the only case he had cause he was just that on it). With that being said I would def. refer anyone to THE RODRIGUEZ LAW GROUP without second guessing it no matter what they needed a lawyer for cause I can grantee great service will be provided and in a timely fashion.
