Representations have included defending and prosecuting claims on behalf of both domestic and international business entities and individuals in a variety of business, commercial, environmental, product liability, intellectual property, trade secret, employment and real property matters.

Defense of municipality in federal court trial against EPA under Clean Water Act relating to $3.5 billion upgrade of sewage system. Represent manufacturers and property owners in matters involving release of chemicals; negotiations with government agencies re clean-up orders; defense of actions initiated by USEPA, Regional Boards; pursuit of indemnification; purchase and sale agreements involving reps and warranties; due diligence involved in the sale and purchase of real property.

Extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts. Obtained defense jury verdict on behalf of major studio in case for breach of consulting contract. Obtained judgment at trial in favor of manufacturer for misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of employment agreement. Obtained summary judgment in favor of employer in action brought by two former employees who alleged that they had been terminated for reasons that violated public policy.
