Biography
Christopher Kelly is a founding partner at Lynch & Kelly, Ltd. He handles civil litigation, small business law, real estate and employment matters for the firm. He has handled cases in every stage of trial and post-trial motions. Mr. Kelly represents clients in both federal and state courts, in California, New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Kelly advises small businesses on how to form new companies and how to avoid legal problems when you hire, fire and manage employees. He is experienced at negotiating and drafting transactional contracts that protect the interests of his clients.
Mr. Kelly is a graduate of Pomona College and Seton Hall Law School and grew up in the New York City Area. Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal doing labor and employment law at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney and Carpenter (then Carpenter, Bennett & Morrissey), a 300 attorney law firm in Morristown, New Jersey. After graduating in 2008, he served as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. In 2009, he moved to California and worked as a solo practitioner in Los Angeles prior to forming Lynch & Kelly, Ltd. with Keith Lynch. Mr. Kelly is admitted to practice law in California, New York and New Jersey.

very good experience
