This sounds like a disaster. If you knew of the "injury" over a year ago, it may be too late and your best bet then would be to sue this AZ lawyer...

You have pretty serious injuries. I'd get an attorney to negotiate for you for a small fee.

Pretty crazy. Assuming you had car insurance at the time the accident is alleged, just turn it over to the insurance co.
