May 4, 2016 I am embarrassed to say that I have always been apprehensive about hiring an attorney because of the many negative stereotypes that have been attached to this much needed field. Before I met Rosty Gore, Esq., I first visited another attorney at a different firm, that boasted about a mu...ltimillion dollar lawsuit he was working on. That attorney told me that my case was insignificant financially and was not sensitive to my situation. This only made me feel more prejudiced towards attorneys. My next stop was at the offices of Trygstad, Schwab & Trygstad. As soon as I met with Mr. Rosty Gore, within the first 5 to 10 minutes in his office, I felt at ease because there was a true sense of concern and connection that projected from him. He was straight forward, very candid and honest, and what little he was not able to answer at the time, he said he would follow up with the answers, and he did just that in a timely manner. I retained him as my attorney that day. Mr. Gore was very faithful to communicate with me frequently and to respond to my questions and concerns. Mr. Gore is a young prominent attorney that I feel will be a superstar in the world of law very soon. However, in my world and my family’s world, Mr. Gore is already a superstar. I had been terminated without cause and things got really tight financially. I support my wife who is disabled and mother who is retired including my nephew and niece whom we help raise. I cannot express to you how much pressure I and my family were under, financially and emotionally. Mr. Gore was sensitive and kind to these issues and helped ease the pressure however he could. To top it off, the holidays were just around the corner and he blessed us even further, by giving us a very generous discount on his legal services. From the first appointment with him, and all the work he did, to the last meeting, to my utter disbelief, Mr. Gore informed me that he was providing us with an enormous discount on the work he did. In the end, we paid him what I consider to be a token amount in comparison to the work he did for us and the financially successful result he achieved for us. No words can describe how my family and I felt so I will end this high recommendation by saying Mr. Gore will always be called upon by not only me and all of my family members but everyone that I can tell our story to, with a happy ending that Mr. Gore made possible. I also greatly appreciate all the other staff and members of Trygstad, Schwab & Trygstad, who were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout my case, and who also helped make me feel cared about. Rosty Gore of Trygstad, Schwab & Trystad was a Godsend. He represented me in a case in which I had allegedly committed child abuse. It was a difficult case against a very large local school district. He took the time to prep me for what to expect, he himself was very well prepared each day in court, ...offered impressive arguments, highlighted weaknesses in the opposing council's case and did a great job of discrediting testimonies during cross examination. His closing arguments reiterated the weaknesses in the opposition's arguments & beautifully drew poignant analogies that drove home his points & the undeniable strengths of our case.
