Rosty Gersch Gore

Rosty Gore of Trygstad, Schwab & Trystad was a Godsend. He represented me in a case in which I had allegedly committed child abuse. It was a difficult case against a very large local school district. He took the time to prep me for what to expect, he himself was very well prepared each day in court, ...offered impressive arguments, highlighted weaknesses in the opposing council's case and did a great job of discrediting testimonies during cross examination. His closing arguments reiterated the weaknesses in the opposition's arguments & beautifully drew poignant analogies that drove home his points & the undeniable strengths of our case. Those strengths were brought to light due to hours of study, case & witness preparation. I can go on & on about how he so masterfully handled my case. Needless to say, we won the case!
