Kenneth Steven Wolf

Kenneth S. Wolf possesses more than forty years of experience in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, litigation and dispute resolution.  Mr. Wolf is also an experienced mediator of trust and estate litigation matters, having handled more than 100 mediations with a 95% success rate.

Mr. Wolf has qualified and testified as an expert witness in several Los Angeles County Superior Court cases involving probate and trust issues.  He has been appointed by the Los Angeles County Probate Court as PVP counsel or guardian ad litem in at least ten cases over the past thirty years, and on two occasions has been appointed as a special master to render written reports to the Court on probate-related matters.

Mr. Wolf has routinely presented before various local bar associations, professional groups, and conferences in the areas of estate planning as well as trust and estate administration and litigation.

Mr. Wolf has been awarded an AV Preeminent® Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review, the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards. Since 1995, he has been consistently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® editions. He has been named to the Southern California Super Lawyers list for fourteen consecutive years (2004-2017).
