Cioffi C Remmer

Cioffi Remmer is an Attorney at AlderLaw, representing plaintiffs in all areas of civil litigation, including catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and insurance bad faith. Mr. Remmer is committed to protecting the rights and interests of the underdog, namely consumers and individuals who have been injured through the unlawful acts of others.

Mr. Remmer has a strong foundation in litigation, mounting repeated successes in litigating cases through settlement or trial, which has earned him the trust of his clients. Mr. Remmer has cultivated years of experience from a practice focused on litigating matters of personal injury, high-profile mass torts, professional malpractice, and premises liability cases.

Mr. Remmer earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ball State University in 2001. He later attended Loyola Law School, where he earned his J.D. in 2008. While at Loyola Law School, Mr. Remmer served as a Senior Production Editor of the International & Comparative Law Review. He also served as the President of the Black Law Students Association at Loyola Law School. He has been recognized for his academic achievement, and is fluent in French.

Mr. Remmer is licensed to practice in California as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the John M. Langston Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
