Ok so I got busted for my first time and was looking at 1 felony charge of sales and 2 misdemeanors for possession and paraphernalia( a lot more than your personal use) So I was skeptical about just getting a free public defender or getting my own lawyer and if you find yourself questioning about tha...t then get yourself a lawyer and protect your behind and that’s exactly what Andrew did for me, not once did I step into a court room and best yet not once did I have to do any jail time or even probation he got all charges dropped for me! But of course I had to do my part by getting cleaned and detoxed and go to meetings and sign up for my own outpatient program and successfully complete and show on my part that I was doing what I had to do to rehabilitate myself instead of having the court appoint it for me so it looks good if you get all that out the way before you even have your first appearance. With all that being said Andrew came through on his part and did the best outcome possible that could have happened and I did my part by getting clean. I would recommend Andrew for any drug or alcohol related cases. He was able to get charges dropped and lessened for me. So I've used Andrew Delahunt on a couple different cases. A weed case in Orange County that started with a 3 year plea that may be settled as a misdemeanor. I also had driving under influence and possession charge in Inglewood and Andrew really did a great job. He was able to work out deferred p...rosecution on part of the deal. Even better I'm from the other side of country and I missed a court date that was to end situation, but I dropped the ball. Andrew was able to get warrant recallled and the situation handled with me not even having to leave NC. He's just a solid attorney who knows the law especially concerning marijuana.
