Our son passed away while living in Playa Vista, Los Angeles. We live in Canada. Different country. Different laws. Different everything. He counseled & guided us every step of the way; answered every questions we had; did all the heavy lifting to lessen our burden. Peter is considerate, compassionate, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Losing a loved one is always a difficult. Losing a child is unthinkable. I would definitely recommend Peter. I was the Trustee of one of my best friend's Trust, but there were issues with the retirement accounts not being recognized by a major investment firm in the Trust. Peter helped me go through the unduly arduous process of CA probate court and appealing to the in...vestment firm to get the funds released for the beneficiaries. He not only kept me updated on the process, he went out of his way to call the courts and the staffers to make sure all the docs were in line for each step, so we didn't get bounced and have to repeat the process. I highly recommend Peter for probate cases. I was the administrator for the probate for my cousin. Peter did a great job walking me through the steps and keeping track of the process, which is complex.
