Travis's Review

Peter Vittas has represented me now for nearly four years, and finally the case has reached it’s conclusion. It has been very difficult, and for far too many reasons to go into in depth. Through it all, however, Peter has acted with honor and integrity, and remained thoughtful and meticulous to detai...l. In the beginning, there was no way to see the litigation becoming as complex as it did for my case, but Peter remained steadfast in his ability ‘to do the right thing’, even when the situation became highly emotional and the Court itself, erratic – which is putting it as mildly as I can. Peter came to me as a recommendation from my Trust attorney Kayvon Sarraf, with Vanguard Legal. Even after a courtesy call with Kayvon, I knew my case was going to be difficult. Keeping a cool head while enduring the sudden loss of a Partner, and father to children who have not yet reached adulthood is never, ever easy. Foremost, I commend Mr Vittas for keeping my emotions in check throughout the process, and helping me to make rational, objective decisions. Early on, we agreed to stay as close to the facts of the case as we possibly could, and to act with honesty and transparency. This became increasingly challenging with the erratic behavior of the Orange County Court, where it seemed the only way to make any tangible progress was to file emergency petitions – which can quickly and easily become abusive and quite damaging to the overall legal process. Thus can I say it was the Courts themselves that stemmed the vast majority of our problems, with crack 24-hour rulings that really needed a full hearing or trial to be properly considered. In addition, Mr Vittas needs additional credit for agreeing to step into and help in territories that were not in his area of expertise. While the primary matter was for a Trust and Estate, as there were minor children involved, the case inevitably dipped into family law. Mr Vittas helped represent me in a child support case as the family situation continued to evolve. Certainly, this pushed Mr Vittas outside of his comfort zone, yet he still remained helpful to me throughout this extension to the larger estate process, and of course offering valid references to other attorneys and resources that I might utilize along the way. While the resolution to my case was disheartening, I know for certain that it had nothing to do with Mr Vittas or his firm. Mr Vittas followed procedure to the best of his ability, and acted with utmost integrity throughout, and in a system that – at least to me – felt ‘rigged’. Despite the suboptimal result, I still deeply feel that cool heads prevail, and this attribute should be nearly at the top of anyone’s consideration when hiring legal representation for themselves. For those considering Peter Vittas and his firm, I hope this review was helpful, and that you might strongly consider retaining him.

Peter Vittas is our Go To Guy for Trust and Estate Planning

Peter made the process so easy and efficient for us. Everything was done online and he held our hands every step of the way. He is very thorough and professional with attention to detail. This was my first time doing this and I expected to be sitting in a lawyer’s office for hours with the billing cl...ock running. Not with Peter! I am a retired computer consultant and I appreciate having a proven process to drive complex problems to satisfactory conclusions and that’s how Peter does it.

Recommendation for Peter Vittas, probate attorney

I highly recommend Peter for probate cases. I was the administrator for the probate for my cousin. Peter did a great job walking me through the steps and keeping track of the process, which is complex. He is extremely knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer for a question, he'd reach out and f...ind one. He referred me to colleagues to handle things like the sale of the property; everyone he recommended was great. There are so many details in the process and he helped me stay organized, reminded me about upcoming deadlines, and managed all the mandated court procedures, submissions, and approvals. His fees are extremely reasonable and he is very pleasant to deal with. Absolutely recommend him without reservation

Recommended

Peter Vittas represented me in my defense to an unexpected and extremely stressful living trust lawsuit that hit me like an atomic bomb out of nowhere. He handled the case competently and compassionately, leading to an acceptable settlement in the painfully challenging case. Anyone looking to hire an... honest, knowledgeable, patient and accessible lawyer, need look no further than Peter Vittas. He is highly recommended.

Living Trust

After my husband passed in 2018. I needed to do a “Living Trust”. Looking for a lawyer who was good and for a reasonable price was difficult. Peter is reasonable, incredible, and a very knowledgeable Lawyer. He did my “Living Trust” and did my property transfer (Peter went the extra mile in fillin...g out the extra paperwork to save me money). I had the confidence in working with Peter, he was very honest and patient in answering all of my questions - ASAP. Peter was there for me and I am very thankful. Absolutely, I recommend Peter a 100%.
