At first when I retained Mr. McCaffrey, as in most cases, I wasn't positive I made the correct decision, who is on the first meeting. However, that quickly changed as he dived right into my matter and in a short period knew everything about my case and was completely objective and amazed me on his qu...ick understanding of all the facts and the players. As I continued to understand his methodology and his deep rooted due diligence I became convinced I made an excellent choice. Mr. McCaffrey is completely upfront and honest about the cases and he deals with reality all the time. He does not sugar coat anything and challenges the client at every turn. He is so well prepared that he makes the client an excellent witness on the clients own case. I believe his firm is the best employment firm by far. He continues to reinforce reality to the client with realistic expectations of their individual case. NO one could find an employment lawyer and competent, direct, honest and helpful to a client. He is the best of the best.

Furthermore, being a reasonable minded person, Mr. Timothy Barry McCaffrey Jr., did not provide satisfactory services....
