You saved my daughters life. She was facing LWOP on a murder charge, Home invasion/Robery, she was innocent and you believed in her and fought with your passion and knowledge in the San Fernando courts. You freed her from a life in prison and gave her back her liberties. She will never forget you, yo...

i knew Tal before my felony DUI arrest came up (college), and was glad to learn that he practiced criminal defense when the cops charged me (totally unfairly). I had an accident, and it was assumed I was drunk just because I was heading home from a local bar. I figured better to put the case in the...

Hired this lawyer for getting probation terminated early. Still had a bit over a year to go, but have some job stuff my record been keepin me from (even though I pled guilty on bad advice from the PD). My lawyer Wolf got bunch of paperwork from me, and my family and stuff on my situation and took i...

I've been working with Wolf (that's what everyone calls him) for over a year now trying to grind out some kind of peace and resolve from this multi-count financial fraud case i've been dealing with. The evidence LOOKED horrible at the outset (I'm in the escrow field and made some investments with ce...

I am not in the habit of discussing either my client's (or former client's) problems in a public forum, but obviously I am compelled to respond to the patently false statements contained in the above "review." These are the facts: 1) Within a week of retaining me, this client, who was recently convicted on felony charges for vindictive/destructive behavior against others, demonstrated herself to be unreasonable and impossible to work with; 2) Shortly after terminating our attorney/client relationship (without cause and not based on any actual breach of performance on my part, although that is her right), she learned that because I already had expended several hours of attorney time, she was going to be receiving only a partial refund. 3) The client then took the matter to fee arbitration to recover the minor portion of unrefunded fees, in which she made numerous false claims similar to the ones in her review; 4) The neutral Arbitrator found against the client in all respects, ordered her to pay all arbitration costs, and issued a statement of factual findings which is directly contrary to the client's claims. In short, the above appears to be retaliation for losing the arbitration case. In reality, the judicial record would show that I did go to court (contrary to the review), and that the client paid cash because a) she decided to hire me about 12 hours before I was to appear in court (leaving no time for a check to clear); and b) she already had bounced a check to my colleague who had referred me the case. Regardless, I wish her the best of luck with everything, and I regret that this unpleasant matter has made its way onto this forum.
"Mr. Wolf is a dedicated professional that I have referred friends to on various occasions. Tal Wolf has earned a reputation for knowing the law and advocating for his personal injury clients' best interests. I endorse this lawyer."
"I had the privilege of working with Tal Wolf on a complex case a few years ago. The facts were very complicated, the case was hotly contested, and our joint client was being sued by a wealthy individual with unlimited resources. This individual had the means and funds to hire one of the largest law firms in town. They tried to intimidate our client and force him into a settlement. They failed, not one penny switched hands, and the individual dropped the lawsuit entirely. How did this successful result come about? When the client hired me, I knew I needed extra firepower on my side, so I turned to Tal. We worked closely together for the many months the case was active. I realized early on that Tal was not easily intimidated, focused, passionate, and had the ability to quickly zero in on the most important facts and aspects of a given case. He has the ability to rapidly distill a complex set of facts, and strip it to its core. His logical and reasoning abilities are unparalle"
