I am a graduate of UCLA Law School and certified by the California State Bar as a specialist in immigration law.  I have served as the chair of Immigration Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and remain on its executive committee.  I have been a liaison with the Customs and Border Protection on behalf of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  I also have spoken at various conferences on immigration issues, including on behalf of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).  My areas of expertise include immigration employment law, immigration family law and asylum.

Excellent immigration lawyer
Pamela did an excellent job helping me with my Greencard and citizenship applications. Pamela was always available to answer questions. Great immigration attorney. Careful. Thorough. Caring.
Pamela did whatever it took to get our case resolved successfully. She argued with the immigration officer during our interview. Ultimately we got our green card. I believe Pamela’s intervention during the interview saved our case. Pamela also prepared all our documents very carefully and quickly.

THE BEST INMIGRATION LAWYER!!!
Mrs. Pamela was highly recommended by someone in the immigration building. She took my case of domestic violence in which my ex-husband wanted to leave me undocumented. Her kindness, her professionalism, always made me think that my case was in good hands. A little over a year after she submitted all the documents, I received a call from her to tell me that my case had been approved and that my Green card was being sent. I couldn’t believe it! They didn't even call me for an interview. All I have to say to Mrs. Hartman is that my gratitude to her is infinite. She definitely did a really good job!

Pamela helped with the successful approval of my husband's green card. She is very professional, knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about your case. Got my permanent green card approved!
Pamela was knowledgeable and was the only lawyer that showed optimism regarding my case. I eventually got my green card and I am thankful I chose her to help me in the process. My case was a little complicated because I had a temp green card through marriage but then got divorced. They sent me a RFE letter asking for more documents. I will say I also did a lot of the work, gathering documents and putting together a good application as much as I could. And she put it all together and wrote a nice cover letter, etc. Together we were able to get my permanent green card application approved!

Green Card success with Pamela
Pamela was excellent right through from our first meeting to the issuance of my actual green card! Pamela's work is so professional, concise and thorough that I could not recommend her highly enough. We did a lot of my case file when I was in London and Pamela was obviously in LA and it was like clockwork, no delays, no time issues. Plane sailing and the best guidance that I could have wished for especially in such a massive process as a green card. I now have my green card completed and will be celebrating soon!

Case
Pamela Hartman helped me resolve my travel issues by submitting a DHS redress application. She completed the application from beginning to end in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the quality of her work. She personally translated documents from Spanish to English and developed a strategy that would best help my case. After I shared my complicated life story with her during my initial visit (believe me when I say complicated), she managed to make sense of it all. Through the entire process Pamela had my best interest at heart. I felt that she cared about helping me since I felt understood by her. She is truly a great professional that I would recommend without any reservations. J

I can recommend Pamela a 100 percent!!
What I was most scared of regarding acquiring the Green Card, were the incredible amounts of paperwork and evidence I would have to produce. Pamela, however, broke down all that workload into manageable junks and I could take it step by step, which made it really easy for me. Pamela was there for me every step of the way, always replied almost instantly to my queries, was realistic in her evaluation. I could rely on and trust Pamela a hundred percent and I will always be grateful for what she did for me. Having worked with her, I know now why she never lost a case. If you chose to go that important way with her, you are in good hands.
