NO WAY

They are quick to jump on a case relatively easy case in my opinion. after doing most of the paper work for them police report, Hospital records, witnesses statements etc... its been over almost 8 months and leaving over 7 messages call their main office got hung up on and receptionist having an atti...tude. Mind you we are a client very understanding and patience client, But as far as patience goes it ran out about 3 months ago. My little sister credit score is shot waiting for an answer. Collections from hospitals are flooding in still no respond. Calling their main office which was in L.A. I did not have the phone number of the San Jose office available so I asked the receptionist for the address and phone number of the San Jose office she tells me she is unable to located and wouldn't even try to goggle it for me I just found the office with one click of a button. Wow how dedicate are these lawyers and the people who works for them. I wouldn't recommend these law firm to my worst enemies or maybe I should. Shame on this law firm for taking advantage of people who rely on your law firm for any type of legal representation maybe the case is not worth their time if so they should of turn down the case when first presented.

Personal/property injury

I had to do everything to get the ball rolling. I got compensated for damages after 3 months of me calling and figuring out what I personally had to do. As far as attorneys they are not trustworthy and the service was poor. PLEASE DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY. Unless you have a huge claim to take out t...hey will not help you. They canceled my physical therapy because it was not worth it to them to deal with my case. Rebeca was my direct contact and I sent in a reciept for my damaged laptop with a circle around the "tax not included" part of it. I called her several times to clarify this and got a check for damages minus tax and therefore could not fix my damaged laptop. She then proceded to tell me I had nothing to wait for except a call from the physical therepy office. After 2 weeks from speaking with her I contacted the physical therepy office (which i had to contact in the first place) and they told me that my Lean did not go through and tey were supposed to inform me about it. Terrible service all around. I recomend not employing their half ass services.

I Recommend Michael Silvers Law Firm

Was a great experience with this personal injury law firm. I tried to deal with my motorcycle accident on my own for the first months-that was difficult. Very glad I used an attorney. Insurance companies are impossible to deal with. Michael H Silvers Law Firm handled my case well-they are good people..., honest too. Mr. Silvers was my lawyer and now I think of him as my friend. This law firm gets the job done.

I too am working with Mr. Silvers and would NEVER recommend him!

I am currently working with Mr. Silvers. I hired him right after an accident I had thinking they would be great because they were such a large firm. I was ushered in to meet with him personally along with a whole team of people I'd supposedly be working with. Since then it's been awful. The sta...ff changes every few months and someone new is always working on my case. They NEVER return phone calls. I leave 5-10 messages with a variety of people and NEVER get phone calls back. I have complained to the receptionist and office manager on multiple occasions. I was told on several occasions Mr. Silvers would call me back. When I call, they always ask who it is. Whenever I tell them, whoever I need to speak to always seems to be "away from the desk," "out to lunch," "on the phone," or "on vacation." No one is EVER available when they say. Mind you I have been with these lawyers now for three years trying to settle my case. The only time they ever call me is when they have an appointment for something. I hounded them for over eight months asking if we had received a first settlement offer. The answer was always no and they would call the adjustor to follow up. I finally called after about 8-10 months of hounding them (I hadn't called in around two or three months at this point) to see the status of my case to find out that we had received an offer, my lawyers declined it, and filed for a trial. We had a trial date and an offer and I never knew about it! They declined the offer without ever consulting me! Mind you I would have declined the offer as well, but it is MY decision. I asked when they had filed for the trial and it had been over three months ago! I received the paperwork for it a few days later of course for a trial scheduled nearly a year and a half away. They said they were sure they sent me the settlement and that I signed something acknowledging I received it when I've never sent back correspondence from them because I always get it AFTER the fact... They scheduled a deposition when I had moved. I asked if I could do the deposition by phone (I had a prior car accident where we had done this) and if not I would drive back knowing a lawyers fees for a lawyer in my area would be around a thousand or more when I could drive round trip for $150. They said they would get back to me and let me know. Instead they scheduled a deposition in my area with a lawyer and called me two business days before to confirm. I had never received any correspondence on it! I had to cancel work for the day to make it and my employers were very unhappy! Not to mention they went ahead and hired another attorney for added costs when I specifically said I would go out there! I also moved to another state again and repeatedly called to ask about my case and if I should wait to move before the trial coming up (it was only two months and I could've waited). They never returned my calls (of course) so again I did what was in my best interest. I moved. Now there are new appointments and of course they call me the week before they're scheduled to make sure I can be there and send the correspondence out just days before they happen. I don't trust these lawyers AT ALL. They do NOT have your best interest at heart. I have worked with other lawyers on past car accidents who did a wonderful job at explaining everything and calling me anytime they spoke to someone just to keep me in the loop. I ask what will happen at each event now, and most of them have no idea and say someone will call me back. Mr. Silvers has yet to call me as well (of course). We have mediation scheduled before the trial in just a few weeks now and I absolutely do not trust if they tell me an offer is fair. I tried to get other lawyers but no one will take my case because they have to pay Mr. Silvers for the work they've done which means the new lawyers would make no money. They are a rip off and a scam. I could go on and on and on about all the terrible things that have happened. The worst though is the communication and lack

BEST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD WITH A trustworthy & knowledgeable LAWYER!

MICHAEL SILVERS AND THE REST OF THE LEGAL MEMBERS IN ALL OF HIS OFFICES ARE VERY ACTIVE, AGGRESSIVE, AND ATTENTIVE TO US CLIENTS. I trust this lawyer and the law firm. These personal injury attorneys are as great as it seems! Clients can call their number at any time of the day or night and spea...k to someone. The Silvers Law Firm gets to know each client and hear each story and details of the accident. I spent endless hours on the phone and in the offices each time I had a question. They fought for us and we won. I am very happy and all the other clients I met in the office were very satisfied too.
