Max Gorby graduated with honors from the University of Southern California in 1995. He then received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA in 1998. It was there that he volunteered his time working in the prosecutors office to learn how they prosecute DUI's. Once he learned the strategies of the state to prosecute DUI's, he returned to Los Angeles and applied those same strategies to successfully defend Drunk Driving cases in Los Angeles.
In 2009, Mr. Gorby received a certificate of completion in a scientific class regarding the Science of the Breathalyzer Machine from Drivers Safety School. Max Gorby is a Los Angeles DUI lawyer who handles all aspects of California DUI Defenses, including arrests, trials, hearings, DMV issues and evidentiary admissibility questions. Mr. Gorby is solely dedicated to helping his clients by furthering his role as a Los Angeles DUI defense lawyer.
