James Ira Devitt

I am not one to write reviews, ever, but I felt led to do so with respect to Mr. Devitt. Several years ago he represented me in DUI case and I literally lost as a result of his laziness, careless and lack of preparation. With all due respect, James is a prima donna and a quarter of the attorney he is... in his own mind. Friendly guy, I’m sure fun to hang out with...but really lousy attorney!

I was charged with a DUI, Jay was able to fight the DUI and was able to get my license reinstated and avoid jail time. He is very knowledgeable and knows how exactly what he is doing. I definitely recommend him to everyone; he was always available when I had a question, he answered me promptly and ex...plained everything to me.
