David Cas Swedelson

David Swedelson limits his practice to the representation of California homeowner associations: condominiums, planned developments and cooperatives. David provides legal counsel and has litigated hundreds of lawsuits ranging from architectural violations, pet issues, hard surface flooring disputes, discrimination and fair housing complaints, assessment collection, contractor and vendor contract disputes, and construction defects.

ALS is not a collection agency; is a collection service that utilizes the non-judicial foreclosure process to collect delinquent assessments.
