Serious liability to yourself and your HOA!!!
Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!! He claims to have extensive experience but he has only been "practicing law" for 15 years. He has harassed numerous homeowners and Board members. Community Association Issue
We hired Mr. Adams to assist us with a issue concerning Operating Rules but as soon as he start implying that law could be bent and how our rules should be pro association on expense of homeowners, we boot him out.
