Mr. Bogert would never return my calls regarding my Fosamax claim. At this point, I do not know the status of my case because I cannot get in contact with him. Jeffrey Bogert is an outstanding attorney. He is partnered on my hip cases with Reich & Binstock. Both of my hips have been replaced. They both had to be revised due to Metallosis. He works very hard for his clients.
