F1 to Resident

If you need a no-nonsense lawyer who gets straight to the point while giving honest, practical advice, look no further, Paul is the best. He was an incredible advocate for my case, which was far from simple—my asylum had been denied, and years later, I married my U.S. citizen partner of over seven ye...ars. Despite the complexities, he guided us flawlessly through the process. Our green card interview was a breeze—just 15 minutes—and we were approved! His preparation and attention to detail made all the difference. Pro Tip: If possible, have him present with you during interviews or key case moments. His presence and expertise truly elevate your chances of success. Highly recommend him to anyone navigating immigration challenges. He’s responsive, thorough, and genuinely invested in his clients’ cases. Five stars without a doubt!

An Outstanding Immigration Lawyer

Paul was great! He helped me and my wife with our green card (Eb-2 NIW) applications through his guidance, support, and hard work. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. He would reply to all my emails promptly and with clarity. We strongly recommend him to anyone who n...eeds an immigration lawyer.

The Best Immigration Attorney in Los Angeles!

Over the course of the last 10 years, I have retained Paul Herzog for a number of my immigration issues. None of which have been without unusual circumstances. I initially retained him as an F1 Student facing deportation. Not only did he help resolve those charges, obtaining me an acquittal, but a...ll throughout the case, he kept me thoroughly informed, was extensively knowledgeable on my particular situation and managed to alleviate the stress of such a trial. Three years after my F1 was reinstated (thanks to Paul and the Law Offices of Adam Green) I again retained Paul, this time to help me with my Green Card application process, which I was obtaining through marriage. However, during the GC process, my husband and I filed for divorce (which more often than not results in an automatic denial of Permanent Residency), but since we have a child together, it was essential that I obtained my GC so we could all stay in the same country. I can honestly say that without Paul, I doubt I would have been able to become a permanent resident, considering that I had so many obstacles put in my way. He coherently and cohesively managed to convey all of my legitimate issues to USCIS. Without him, I don't think my cases would have been given much thought or consideration. I probably would have just been another file on top of a desk. Thanks to Paul Herzog and the Law Offices of Adam Green, I am now a Permanent Resident, happily living in the States with my daughter and my temporary conditions have been lifted. There is no question as to whether I would recommend this lawyer and his firm to anyone needing an Immigration Attorney. I think many people would agree, as he was heavily recommended to me by not only the Department of Homeland Security, but by many who at some point required an Immigration Attorney. If you're looking for great representation from an amazing firm, I'd contact Paul Herzog at the Law Offices of Adam Green immediately!

Hire this man

Paul wrote my EB-1 green card petition, which USCIS approved a few days ago. I was on the fence about going through with it. He saw potential where I was reluctant, he saw a path where several other immigration lawyers told me my case wasn't clear-cut. And thanks to him, my long immigration journey i...s coming to an end. He's also worked on H-1Bs for me (successfully) in the past. I've worked with a number of immigration lawyers and he has simply been the best -- knowledgeable, professional, accessible.

Excellent Immigration Attorney

I retained Paul to file a green card petition on my behalf in the EB-2 national interest waiver category. Preparing a successful petition in this category is difficult because it must demonstrate that a number of subjective criteria are met. Paul made this complicated process easy. He was very knowle...dgeable and provided detailed guidance on all the key steps. He always responded to my questions quickly and accurately. My petition was approved and I received the green card quickly. I highly recommend Paul as an immigration attorney.
