Nissan responded to my inquiry right away. I explained to him my situation and he was very patient and listened to what I had to say. He is very knowledgeable with tenant/landlord issues. I felt comfortable with him. So, I hired him. I had a judgment entered against me and he fought to have it vacat...ed and won. I am glad I found him. He is a great attorney and a great guy.

My family HIRED Nissan Thomas LAST YEAR to represent us against our ex landlord. We had a plethora of evidence, showing that the house we rented was NOT habitable. The landlord received multiple county state and federal notices of violations. We were negotiating a settlement to move out. BEFORE, we ...received the settlement, Nissan filed a civil suit against the landlord, causing them to withdraw the settlement they offered. We LOST $5000 because of Nissan’ decision. We received NO help from him, even though he was the reason we DID NOT get our settlement that would have helped us in securing another resident. I would NEVER recommend Nissan to anyone who is seeking legal representation. UPDATE, 9/2021 I’m just now seeing the “attorney’s” response to my initial review. I have no reason to write falsities, as he stated. Of course, he’d deny what I said. He wants people to hire him. Any who, our case was settled. No thanks to you. You were very passive. Too passive for my liking. And you DID CAUSE us to lose a settlement offer due to you filing a civil BEFORE we got the check. You went to law school. Settlement offers and procedures was taught to you, right? Again, I would never recommend you to an enemy.
