Nissan provided much needed assistance against a retaliatory landlord, who endeavored to evict me, for no good reason, after refusing to repair significant bldg. violation habitability issues for well over a decade. Nissan treated me courteously, never condescendingly. and was always available when ...necessary. I can’t stress strongly enough how valuable his help was and what a great debt of gratitude I owe him. Following the extreme mistreatment I’ve been subjected to by my landlord and his property manager Nissan’s truly gentlemanly treatment was a breath of fresh air and restored my faith in humanity. He stayed online & helped me forms to get a stay for gents to b able to move w out hardship. Almost a year ago today, Mr Thomas actually LISTENED W COURTESY & REALLY helped me STRAIT pro bono over the phone(CAN U BELIEVE THAT?? ) too help my wife and i who were caring for sum handicapped gents who had an illegal UD put on them. He will actually advise the evictors on how to proceed in ur face as hes dismissing u & ur evidence. Were 1st hand witnesses to his corruption. ITS SAD BUT GUYS... Upon meeting Mr. Thomas (after being misguided by so many attorneys who either did not have his knowledge, did not want to work complex cases or did not have what it takes to litigate a case with no doubts or fear.
