He stayed online & helped me forms to get a stay for gents to b able to move w out hardship. The clerk of court even admired the forms but sadly THE MURRIETTA JUDGE IS CORRUPT & NEVE...R SIDES W TENANTS WHO HAVE FACTUAL EVIDENCE. ITS SAD BUT GUYS MR.THOMAS give you hope that alls not lost. Almost a year ago today, Mr Thomas actually LISTENED W COURTESY & REALLY helped me STRAIT pro bono over the phone(CAN U BELIEVE THAT?? ) too help my wife and i who were caring for sum handicapped gents who had an illegal UD put on them. We were included in the ud & werenot tenants lyet weve been gar...nished as of this month. Mr Thomas stayed online & helped me with forms to try to get a stay for the gents to b able to move w out hardship. My wife and i were never tenants had a judgement put against us by the EVICTION COMPANY 4 A HOME WE NEVER RENTED. No lease or verbal contract w the owner. The clerk of THE court even admired the forms MR T HELPED US WITH but sadly THE JUDGE IS CORRUPT & NEVER SIDES W TENANTS WHO HAVE FACTUAL EVIDENCE. He will actually advise the evictors on how to proceed in ur face as hes dismissing u & ur evidence. Were 1st hand witnesses to his corruption. ITS SAD BUT GUYS... My family HIRED Nissan Thomas LAST YEAR to represent us against our ex landlord. We had a plethora of evidence, showing that the house we rented was NOT habitable. The landlord received multiple county state and federal notices of violations. We were negotiating a settlement to move out. BEFORE, we ...received the settlement, Nissan filed a civil suit against the landlord, causing them to withdraw the settlement they offered. We LOST $5000 because of Nissan’ decision. We received NO help from him, even though he was the reason we DID NOT get our settlement that would have helped us in securing another resident. I would NEVER recommend Nissan to anyone who is seeking legal representation. UPDATE, 9/2021 I’m just now seeing the “attorney’s” response to my initial review. I have no reason to write falsities, as he stated. Of course, he’d deny what I said. He wants people to hire him. Any who, our case was settled. No thanks to you. You were very passive. Too passive for my liking. And you DID CAUSE us to lose a settlement offer due to you filing a civil BEFORE we got the check. You went to law school. Settlement offers and procedures was taught to you, right? Again, I would never recommend you to an enemy.
