My neighbor who has been engaging a particular law firm for what appears to be personal and unfounded reasons. She is frivolously sending out cease and desist letters without any regard for accuracy or legitimacy. These letters lack legal merit and seem to be mere tools for her personal vendetta. ...It is disappointing to witness such behavior, as it amounts to nothing more than harassment, baseless accusations, and intimidation disguised in official documentation. Adding to the absurdity of the situation is the questionable credibility of the law firm she has chosen to represent her. Their lack of competence raises doubts about the validity of their actions. It is clear that their actions are not in the interests of justice .

I tried to contact here about a tenant landlord issue. Me being the tenant. She told me she was on her way in to court. But would call me after. I waited 3 days before reaching out to her again. She told this time she'd schedule a appointment with me via email. Which never happened. So I emailed ...her and the lawyer who had initially referred me over to her. The response I got was due to some family issue. She could not give me even a console. And wished me the best of luck. Only took me a month get that. And still no console. And have since had my landlord file a unlawful detainer.
