Adam Green

The worst customer/client service I have experienced in a very long time. I called because I hoped I could walk in. I was already in the hallway but I couldn't locate the suite number. The person I spoke to wasn't (this time) Adam Green. This person was another lawyer or an assistant. He wanted m...e to make an appointment for a later time to speak on the phone. He didn't want to see me at the moment but he also wanted to speak about my issue over the phone. when I began, he then told me that it was complicated and I would have to make an appointment for a later time. He wasn't consistent in his reasoning for speaking to me now vs later or for seeing me now or making an appointment. But that was fine. I wouldn't write a review for that. He seemed like he wanted to help but just didn't want to help that day. but he didn't bother to take down my contact info though. Here is the horrible service which I am writing about. I recently called and Adam Green himself answered. I inquired about scheduling a consultation appointment. He said it began 5 seconds ago, and he asked how he can help me. after that point it spiraled down very quickly. I didn't even finish my first sentence after he asked me to explain my situation. when I mentioned my current immigration status, he cut me off mid sentence and stated that he doesn't do these types of cases and hung up in my face! Though this really upset me, I still gave him the benefit of the doubt and called him back. when I called, I calmly stated that we may have been disconnected unintentionally. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn't do these types of cases and he didn't want to waste my time. I then asked him to let me finish my sentence. I told him what my current status is and told him I simply wanted to adjust it. he then abruptly told me that I can do it online. He had no interest in listening or being polite. I called him because he is an mmigration lawyer for assistance with immigration reasons. Also I have read reviews of people who have used his services for similar (but not the exact same) immigration reason. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I and my family have worked with the them for a long time and have progressed from visas to green cards (permanent residence) - all within the shortest possible turn-around times as allowed by the process. Mo...re importantly is that Adam Green and Paul Herzog are professional experts and know exactly what they need to do for each individual situation. In our case we never had any further come-backs or queries with any filing that was submitted. The greatest benefit of dealing with The Law Offices of Adam Green is that they are always available to address, answer any questions and consult on any queries or concerns that a client may have. It has truly been a pleasure dealing with the above Firm and all their staff.

There is no other way to say this than very simply: hire Adam. From our very first phone call I had total trust and faith in Adam, which is saying a lot given how complicated and messy my application for citizenship was turning out to be. I won't get into the details of my case, but suffice to say Ad...am did. At every point he was brutally honest with me but never insensitive or indifferent. He explained every aspect of the case to me and made sure that I not only pulled up every piece of information that could have been pertinent to my case, but that also would strengthen it. I didn't love having to do it all, but Adam's command of the law, his insight into the factors that influence decision making and his extensive experience made me understand that I needed to do EVERYTHING HE TOLD ME. I was especially impressed that Adam personally prepared me for my citizenship exam and interview. He was not easy on me and it made all the difference. On the day of the interview I was more than prepared and despite the hurdles I faced I obtained my U.S. citizenship! I credit Adam and Paul with the outcome and have nothing but high praise. Adam is an outstanding lawyer who exudes integrity, will give it to you straight and will fight for you to the last drop. Hire him.

Adam is great! He helped me with my H1B and Green Card applications. He is nice, attentive, replies emails and phone calls within minutes and he takes his job very seriously! My Green card interview went smoothly and all thanks to Adam, that helped us collect all the evidence, explained us the entir...e process in detail and gave us confidence. Thanks Adam!
