Best in business!

I honestly believe that Adam is the best immigration lawyer there is to find. He is professional, helpful, proactive and knows all the laws and regulations well. After USCIS decided that my I-751 application required an interview, I decided to contact Adam. I was really unsatisfied and disappointe...d with my previous attorney and felt like there was no way my case was ever going to be approved. However, after talking to Adam, he made me feel hopeful again. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond my emails. In addition, we went over again and again what we needed to do during the interview and he provided me with a very clear picture on how this process will generally proceed. If it weren't for Adam, I honestly don't believe I would ever get my case approved and receive my green card. I highly recommend anyone in California with immigration needs to contact Adam. He is the best!

Adam Green is an excellent lawyer

Yesterday I received my green card in the mail. It was insanely fast (less than a year from the start of the application) and incredibly easy. Why? Because of Adam Green, my lawyer, and I just wanted to write to recommend him. He has been so great from day one, always on top of the case, very kno...wledgeable, organized, prompt, incredibly kind, sensitive to the fact that getting one's green card is a very emotional process, explaining everything, taking care of things immediately as they arose...I can't say enough good things about him (and his wonderful assistant). I have friends who have gone through the same process in other academic institutions with other lawyers, and it has been a much less easy, pleasant, smooth process for them. They have had to do a lot of work themselves, have gotten very unclear advice, and the process has taken a much longer time. I still can't believe how easy, painless, and even pleasant this was.

Simply the best in business

Adam is, without exaggeration, the best in the business. He won for us one of the toughest immigration cases: the waiver of the J-1 visa based on exceptional hardship. This is an incredibly difficult case not in the least because it is a two-step process: the waiver needs to be approved by USCIS and ...then by the State Department. The latter weighs the hardship case against policy implications and in the vast majority of cases declines the waiver (even if USCIS renders a positive recommendation). Our case had a 1% chance of approval and the particular J-1 visa we had had not seen a positive recommendation over the past 5 years. We knew the case was incredibly difficult so we consulted many attorneys before we selected Adam. Frankly, most attorneys sounded very negative on our chances, most shied away from taking on the case, including a few that (to our surprise) are ranked very highly by avvo.com. We went with Adam because he was the most prepared of all: he knew the law inside and out (while most attorneys had to consult their books right in front of us), he was pro-active from the beginning laying out a course of action including an incredibly detailed list of all documents needed. He had a clear plan from the very beginning on how to approach this case and instructed us step-by-step on what to do. He set us up with a family counsel professional whose detailed analysis on our family background, dynamics, health, and culture, played a large role in winning the case. What we liked the most about Adam is that he is always accessible and easily reachable; if he was not available or away on business/conferences, he would always call back/email within 24 hours. He always kept us in the loop and patiently explained the process in each step. Adam is determined to win and he will fight hard for your case. We are convinced that his plan, determination, and hard work was the main reason for us winning the case. He called/emailed immigration and the State Department on many occasions to make sure they had received all the needed documents, to update them with more recent information and advocate for the case. This is very uncommon since most attorneys (and we've had our share during this process) would lay back and wait rather than proactively work on the case. In short, Adam is a brilliant attorney, with a wealth of experience, and vast knowledge about immigration law. He is honest, direct, determined, and very courteous. He is so highly regarded in the business that he consults for the vast majority of Universities in Southern/Central California and Ivey league schools in the East Coast (including Harvard and Columbia University). He is now working on our green card. We have recommended him to many friends and will continue to do so. Also, please don't be deceived by the high ranking of some other attorneys in this webpage; we have talked to almost all of them and Adam has them all beat hands down.

Adam and Paul are great lawyers.

I hired Adam and Paul for my green card application in 2005. They both are very professional, polite, understanding, knowledgeable, and efficient. I definitely highly recommend them.
