Jeffrey Michael Jacquet

I was referred to Jeff after paying retainers to other attorneys and getting the run around. He stepped in and was able to take action on my PI case. He acted quick, concise and did all the filings and actions effortlessly in a short amount of time as opposed to all of the promises I had for close... to a year with other attorneys. He got my award so quickly and efficiently and I didn't have to worry about a thing. He was on top of everything and informed me every step of the way. Its comforting to know this attorney Jeff Jacquet is there, and takes quick action. I would use his his expertise again if needed.

Sorry to rain on this parade, but I had a really frustrating and stressful experience with this person that ended 2 years ago. He had done some straightforward ticket work for me and I had been happy. He had asked for and I paid a full retainer fee of $1000 for the process of reducing a fine and h...elping restore a driving license for my son who had just come back from overseas to find that he had a neglected fine. This attorney spent almost an entire year with zero action and zero communications except cursory texts meant to appease, while his client (my son) was stranded in LA without a license. This attorney did not answer calls, provide any useful answers, and gave information that later proved false, in conjunction with his assistant Canella at the time, and effectively strung us along until we realized he had never done anything with the case. Eventually, we learned through another attorney that the case had reached statute of limitation and the license was restored upon request. I began the process of reporting this attorney to the Bar Assoc, but the process for doing so is long, unfortunately, and I was ready to move on. I can't believe he gets away with essentially taking money, and performing no service while clients expect results.
